My AI Stack

FAQ

Questions before you open another vendor tab.

Short answers on what this atlas is, who it is for, and how a founding partner can sit in a catalog without owning every square.

What is My AI Stack?
A public field guide that maps customer journeys and touchpoints to off-the-shelf AI tools. It is for digital agencies, SME owners, CxOs, consultants, and investors who need the right tool on a specific customer moment — not another unsorted directory.
How do I choose AI tools for a customer journey?
Open a journey, pick the stage that leaks money or trust, name the touchpoint job, then read the suggested stack. Buy for that job. A writing assistant is a poor website agent; a helpdesk bot is a poor brand representative.
Is HEA-World the only tool listed?
No. HEA-World is a founding partner and is labelled as such. It appears where a governed website or conversational agent is the honest fit. The catalog also includes support, CRM, revenue execution, research, meetings, and AI-search visibility tools.
Who is My AI Stack for?
Digital agencies briefing clients, SME owners who need a short practical stack, CxOs governing customer-facing AI, consultants running stack workshops, and investors or operating partners looking for AI value creation in portfolio companies.
How is this different from an AI tool directory?
Directories sort by vendor category. This atlas sorts by the customer’s job at a touchpoint. Rankings are not for sale. If a founding partner’s product is listed, that relationship is disclosed.
Can agencies use this with clients?
Yes. Use a journey as the workshop canvas, vote the two leaky touchpoints, then place one primary tool plus a fallback. Leave with a one-page map, not a transformation roadmap.
Do you sell placements or rankings?
No. The catalog is editorial and incomplete on purpose. Suggest a mapping via the contact form, or submit a product for review — it will not buy a rank.
Can I submit my AI product?
Yes. Use the solution submission form. It emails the founding partners for editorial review. A listing is not automatic and not for sale — the product has to finish a real customer-touchpoint job.
Does HEA-World replace a contact centre?
No. HEA-World is a brand-owned conversational front door. Compare Ada, NiCE Cognigy and Kore.ai when the job is enterprise customer-facing CX across web, messaging and voice. Compare Genesys Cloud CX or Parloa when the job is the contact centre itself. Those are important alternatives — HEA-World does not claim to replace them.
Why aren't Moveworks, Aisera, Cohere or Decagon listed?
On purpose. Moveworks and Aisera automate internal IT and HR, not a public brand-owned conversation. Cohere North and Decagon are platform or infrastructure choices when the buyer is building, not buying a ready customer-facing conversational product. They are documented exclusions, not forgotten names. Wonderful AI OS is listed separately: an enterprise operating layer with a published customer-service programme — compare it there, not as a brand-owned front door.
